The EU-funded Environmentally and Socially Responsible Tourism (ESRT) Programme is supporting the 8 Northern Highland Provinces Dien Bien, Hoa Binh, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Son La, Yen Bai and Ha Giang in their efforts of collaboration for tourism development.
